Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Urban Golden Home Services account and its personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

• In the app: Profile → Help & support → choose "Question", subject "Delete my account".
• By email: write to the address below from any email, including the mobile number registered with us.

What happens

• We delete your name, email, saved addresses and sign-in sessions within 30 days, and your mobile number is removed from active use.
• Invoices and booking records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (up to 8 years) and then deleted.
• Reviews you wrote are anonymised.
